If they look antsy, you'll don a Mona Lisa smile and zip it. Sure, you have enough confidence to talk frankly about yourself, but you're also aware that keeping mum (e.g. being vague with a new guy or declining to list all of your faults on a job interview) can boost success. "It's good practice in business and relationships to let others ask questions rather than volunteer info," says Dimitrius.
